Congrats! How is the immigration paperwork coming along? Jube and I had a difficult time getting it all together, but we finally received his green card yesterday (more than a year after we started the whole process). I hoipe it goes more smoothly for you.

Thanks for the félicitations :-), and congratulations to you and Jube for the green card. I await the day I can say the same! We are doing the IR visa and plan on filing the I-130 as soon as possible, that's to say in June when I'm back in the US. We wanted to do direct consular filing, but since I'm here on a student carte de séjour temporaire, the embassy wouldn't allow it (dommage, vraiment, because I've heard that takes only three months). In any case, we know it's going to be a very long, trying road.... but definitely worth it! ... link
